The courses offered by Powerful Minorities Moving Forward, Inc. are the culimination of years of development and implementation guided by Reverend Alton Byrd Sr. For years we have concentrated on holistically bringing men into the fullness of the “Godhead”, which allows us to be the proper covering for our children and families.

• Since 1992 we have developed Christian Retreats, Men's Ministries, Men’s Conferences, Bible Study Lessons, Workshops, and spiritual guidance sessions leading to holistic healing and reconciliation.
  
  
• Since 1993 we have found the way to include spiritual principles while dealing with realistic issues, situations and strongholds.
  
  
• In 1998 we did a video production with the University of Rochester Pediatrics Department entitled “Fathers Matter”. Here we uncovered importance aspects of fathers’ involvement in their childrens’ lives.
  
  
• Since 2004 we have conducted workshops for the Baltimore City School District, various churches including The Church of the Redeemed of the Lord, Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Transitional Houses, Strayer University, Lincoln College of Technology, Kaplan College, TESST College and HIV organizations.
  
  
• In 2013 we received the “Certificate of Recognition” for out-standing service and “Changing the lives of people in our great city” from Mayor Stephanie Rawlings -Blake of Baltimore MD.
